About The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in project management and managing software architecture and design. The ideal candidate must have a strong credible project management and technical expertise in delivering projects and have demonstrated success in transforming the business requirements to working technical solutions.
You will support program management to plan and deliver projects by managing both functional and technical project scope. You will analyze business requirements, and translate it to appropriate technical solutions. You will work with various stakeholders to manage business expectations and deliver technical solutions to realize envisaged benefits for the Organization.
Other operational duties would include:
โข Ensure delivery of assigned IT projects coordinating with business users and other departments. This includes solutions built in-house, acquired packages and IT applications support.
โข Manage and successfully deliver assigned IT projects in compliance with the project standards and processes of IT, including cyber security, to meet defined business requirements within agreed timescales and cost.
โข Secure that project plans are realistic, maintained and properly resourced.
โข Ensure that operational systems are adequately supported. Manage the systems support teams/suppliers for the service delivery as per agreed SLA, perform RCA, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
โข Continuously review, recommend and implement service improvements for uninterrupted service delivery.
โข Perform business analysis activities to analyze user requirements and define solutions meeting those requirements and document system specifications.
โข Contribute in preparation of Business โ IT Strategy and IT Budgeting of assigned business divisions.
โข Delivery of IT projects using project management principles in line with Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines and Agile (Scrum). โข Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on expertise in design, implementation, and optimization of web applications and infrastructure.
โข Recruit, train, lead and develop a team of developers and mentor teams to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
โข Ensure continuous alignment of IT initiatives, team objectives and priorities with the organizational strategy.
โข Manage project teams and members in onsite/offshore models.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team.
โข Bachelorโs degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
โข Practical knowledge and experience in delivery of web-based applications projects using .NET, typescript and RDBMS.
โข PMP Certification and/or Agile Scrum certification.
โข Experience in leading IT projects, ideally at a major airport and/or large companies.
โข Good knowledge of enterprise integration technologies and messaging frameworks.
